Enrollment Process at Blake Academy

We are delighted that you are considering Blake Academy for your child’s education. Our enrollment process is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive, while allowing us to understand each student’s academic needs so we can provide the best possible learning experience.

Blake Academy offers education for Grades 1–13, using a Ministry of Education curriculum blended with the Cambridge curriculum, supported by structured academic support and tutoring services.

Step 1: Make an Inquiry

Parents may contact us by:

• Visiting the school

• Calling or WhatsApping our office

• Completing the inquiry form on our website

• Sending a message via social media

Our admissions team will share an information package that includes details about our curriculum, programs, tuition, and required documents.

Step 2: Submit an Application

To apply, parents are asked to submit:

• Completed application form

• Copy of birth certificate or passport

• Most recent report card or transcript

• Immunization record

• Parent/guardian ID

• Two passport-size photos of the student

Once submitted, our office will schedule your child for an entrance assessment.

Step 3: Entrance Diagnostic Assessment

All new students complete an entrance assessment in:

• Mathematics

• Reading

• Writing

This assessment is not a pass or fail examination. It is a diagnostic tool that helps us understand what your child already knows and where support may be needed.

Our goal is to place each student in the right environment so they can succeed confidently.

Step 4: Academic Review & Placement

Our academic team reviews the assessment results and determines:

• The most suitable grade level

• Whether your child will enter our Basic Core Program or Academic Support Core Program, or a blended option

This ensures that your child receives the appropriate level of instruction and support from the very beginning.

Step 5: Parent Meeting & Offer of Placement

Parents are invited to a short meeting (in person or online) to discuss:

• Assessment results

• Grade placement

• Recommended program

• School expectations and learning culture

• Tuition and payment options

If both parties agree, an official Offer of Placement is issued.

Step 6: Acceptance & Payment

To secure your child’s seat:

• Sign the enrollment agreement

• Make the required initial payment or deposit

Once payment is received, the seat is officially reserved.
